Refunds may be approved for the following reasons:
- The beat is defective or unusable
- The wrong beat was delivered
- An accidental duplicate purchase was made
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dissatisfaction after delivery without a technical issue
- Failure to read the beat description or licence terms
2. Refund Requests
a. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date and must include a clear explanation of the issue.
b. We may ask for additional information to review the request, such as audio files or screenshots showing the problem.
c. Refunds are approved at our discretion based on the validity of the request and compliance with this policy.
3. Refund Method
a. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
b. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
a. Custom or made-to-order beats are non-refundable once production has started.
b. Purchases involving exclusive rights are non-refundable once the licence agreement is completed.
5. Licence Termination
If a refund is issued, your licence to use the beat is revoked and you must stop using the beat in any project.
